Successful Organization of Grievance Redressal Camp in CCL’s Dhori Area
Several grievances were resolved on the spot, while the remaining were assured of time-bound and transparent redressal

Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) organized a grievance redressal camp in its Dhori Area with the objective of resolving long-pending issues of employees, their dependents, contract workers, and other stakeholders.
During the camp, 25 complaints were registered from Dhori and B&K Areas, primarily related to CMPF, pension, retirement dues, employment, service matters, and issues concerning contract workers. Several grievances were resolved on the spot, while the remaining were assured of time-bound and transparent redressal.

CCL has been conducting such grievance redressal camps regularly to ensure quick and effective resolution of employee and stakeholder issues, which plays a vital role in driving the company’s sustainable and inclusive growth.
The camp witnessed the presence of senior officials from CCL Headquarters, including Gautam Chaudhary (Chief Manager, HR/Solution Cell) and Tejvinder Singh (Senior Manager, HR). From Dhori Area, General Manager Ranjan Kumar Sinha and Kumari Mala (Staff Officer, HR) were present along with representatives of various labour organizations.
