CM briefs Union Minister on road and bridge damage in Uttarkashi’s Dharali region due to recent disaster and heavy rain

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami today paid a courtesy call on Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari in New Delhi.
During the meeting, the Chief Minister informed the Union Minister about the extensive damage to roads and bridges caused by the recent disaster and heavy rains in various parts of the state, particularly in the Dharali area of Uttarkashi district.

He emphasized the urgent need for central assistance to ensure early repair and reconstruction of the affected infrastructure. He also shared details of damage to roads and bridges in other regions of the state and underlined the requirement of immediate support to restore connectivity.

Union Minister Nitin Gadkari assured the Chief Minister of full cooperation and all necessary assistance from the Central Government.
