Eligibility Criteria: Education, Age & Experience

Post-wise Qualifications & Experience Requirements

Candidates must have passed Matriculation (10th Standard) or an equivalent examination from a recognized board.
Post-Qualification Experience
For Security Guard:
A minimum of 2 years of experience performing security duties in Defence Forces (Army, Navy, Airforce), Central Para Military Forces (CRPF, CISF, BSF), Central Government organizations (CBI, IB, RAW), or State Police.
OR, a minimum of 5 years of experience as a security guard in any Government Organisation or PSU, engaged through a recognized Security Agency (with PSARA license).
For Fire Service Personnel:
The experience requirements are the same as for the Security Guard post.
Additionally, candidates must have undergone training in Fire Fighting for at least 30 working days from a State Fire Service or a government-recognized institute.
They must be proficient in using and maintaining all types of fire extinguishers, hose fittings, and fire appliances.
Desirable: A valid Heavy Commercial Vehicle (HCV) driving license and experience working as a Fireman in a regular Civil or Defence Fire Brigade.

Age Limit
The upper age limit for applicants is 29 years.

BEML Security Guard & Fire Service Personnel Salary Structure 2025
