NTPC Pays Final Dividend of ₹3,248 Crore for FY 2024-25; Total Dividend for the Year at ₹8,096 Crore
This represents 33.50% of the paid-up equity share capital of the PSU
NTPC Limited, India’s largest integrated power utility, has paid its final dividend of ₹3,248 crore on September 25, 2025, for the financial year 2024-25. This represents 33.50% of the paid-up equity share capital of the company.
With this, the total dividend paid by NTPC for FY25 stands at ₹8,096 crore, reflecting the company’s continued commitment to delivering value to its shareholders.
On this occasion, Gurdeep Singh, CMD, along with the Board of Directors, presented the final dividend payment advice to the Hon’ble Minister of Power and Housing & Urban Affairs, Manohar Lal, in the presence of Pankaj Agarwal, Secretary (Power), and senior officials from the Ministry of Power and NTPC.
This marks the 32nd consecutive year that NTPC has declared and distributed dividends to its shareholders, reaffirming its strong financial performance and shareholder value creation.
