CCL Organizes “Nari Shakti Ke Sang Chai Pe Charcha” at Rajarappa

Central Coalfields Limited (CCL), a subsidiary of Coal India Limited (CIL), organized an interactive session titled “Chai Pe Charcha – Nari Shakti Ke Sang” with its female workforce at the Rajarappa Area.

The program was graced by Dr. Vinay Ranjan, Director (Human Resources), Coal India Limited, and Harsh Nath Mishra, Director (Human Resources), CCL. Rajiv Singh, General Manager, Rajarappa Area, welcomed the dignitaries and expressed gratitude for their continued guidance and support toward employee-centric initiatives.

The event served as a unique platform for open interaction with women employees from various operational domains. More than 50 female employees, including engineers, office assistants, drill operators, doctors, and technical staff, participated enthusiastically and shared their experiences, challenges, and contributions to CCL’s operations.

During the interaction, Dr. Vinay Ranjan appreciated the invaluable contribution of women employees in enhancing Coal India’s productivity and operational excellence. He highlighted that around 20,000 women are currently serving in Coal India, reflecting a growing representation of women in one of India’s core industrial sectors.

He also felicitated several female employees for their outstanding service and dedication.

The women participants expressed their gratitude toward Coal India and CCL for fostering an empowering and inclusive work environment that encourages professional growth and personal well-being.

Speaking on the occasion, Harsh Nath Mishra reiterated CCL’s commitment to building a progressive, safe, and gender-inclusive workplace, ensuring equal opportunities for women across all levels of the organization.

The program concluded with a vote of thanks extended to all dignitaries and participants for making the interactive session insightful and impactful.
