BCCL Distributes High-Quality Torches to Field Personnel for Enhanced Safety and Efficiency

A torch distribution program was organized by Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL) today at its Coal Bhawan Headquarters. Under this initiative, high-quality torches were distributed to the employees of the Power Services and Water Supply Section.
The objective of this initiative is to enhance work convenience for field personnel during nighttime operations and power outages, ensuring uninterrupted services. The availability of these advanced torches will help employees perform fault detection, inspections, and emergency calls with greater efficiency and safety, especially in low-light conditions.
Speaking on the occasion, officials stated that BCCL is committed to continuously improving safety, efficiency, and service quality across all its operational areas. “This initiative will not only provide better facilities to our field personnel but will also help ensure uninterrupted power and water supply,” an official said.
The program was attended by General Manager (E&M), Mr. R.R. Karna, along with other departmental officials, staff, and representatives from various operational units. The participants welcomed the initiative, describing it as a commendable step toward streamlining field operations, protecting personnel, and enhancing organizational efficiency.
