Two-Day Training Programme on ‘Right to Information Act, 2005’ Concludes at CCL
The training sessions were highly interactive, conducted in simple, easy-to-understand language, and encouraged active participation

The Human Resource Department at Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) Headquarters successfully organized a two-day training programme on the Right to Information Act, 2005 at MTC, HRD, from 18th to 19th November 2025.
During the inaugural session, Director (Human Resources) Harsh Nath Mishra addressed the participants and emphasized the importance of understanding the RTI Act for ensuring transparency and accountability across organizational functions.
The sessions were facilitated by Mr. Naveen Mahesh Kumar Agarwal, Registrar of Dada Ramchand Bakhru Sindhu Mahavidyalaya, Nagpur, and a renowned subject matter expert. Mr. Agarwal has previously conducted several successful knowledge-sharing sessions across various subsidiaries of Coal India Limited (CIL).
In his welcome address, GM (HRD) Mr. M.F. Haque greeted the dignitaries and extended his best wishes to the attendees. A total of 88 participants took part in the programme and gained valuable insights.
The training sessions were highly interactive, conducted in simple, easy-to-understand language, and encouraged active participation. A collaborative learning environment ensured that participants could clarify doubts and strengthen their understanding of the Act.
This training initiative is expected to greatly support both individual participants and the broader organizational functioning by enhancing awareness of the RTI Act and promoting transparency-driven practices across CCL.
