CCL Bids Farewell to 129 Retired Employees with Grand “Samman Samaroh” at Ranchi Headquarters

Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) organised a grand “Samman Samaroh” (Honor Ceremony) today at its Headquarters in Ranchi, bidding a respectful farewell to six employees retiring from the HQ and a total of 129 employees retiring across various regions of the company in November 2025.
The regional units of CCL also held similar farewell functions to honor the contributions of their retiring colleagues. The cumulative celebration marked a heartfelt tribute to the dedication, service, and hard work of CCL’s outgoing workforce.

Amal Kumar Pathak, Chief Manager (E&M), JSSPS Department, Sanjay Kumar Sarkar, Office Superintendent, Security Department, Ubodh Ram, Senior DEO, Security Department, Meena Devi, Clerk Grade-II, Systems Department, Md. Abul Ansari, Assistant Supervisor, Transport, General Administration Department and Kari Devi, Safai Mate, Welfare & Services Department.
Leadership Remarks
CEO, JSSPS, Shri Naveen Kumar Jha, graced the event as the Chief Guest. Addressing the gathering, he said: “It is a moment of immense pride for the CCL family to recognize the significant role played by our 129 colleagues in taking the company to new heights through their hard work, dedication, and honesty. We are grateful for their contribution and wish them good health, happiness, and vigor in this new chapter of their lives.”
Warm Farewell to the Retirees
A large number of general managers, officers, employees, and family members of the retirees attended the ceremony. All retiring employees were felicitated with shawls, bouquets, and mementos as a token of appreciation for their long years of service.
