CCL Bids Farewell to 118 Retiring Employees with Respect, Memories and Best Wishes

A grand and dignified felicitation ceremony was held today at the headquarters of Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) in Ranchi to honour employees retiring in December 2025. As many as 118 employees from CCL Headquarters and various operational regions were accorded a respectful farewell, celebrating their years of dedicated service to the organization.

At the headquarters, 11 employees retiring this month were felicitated in a special ceremony, while similar farewell programmes were organised simultaneously across CCL’s regions for retiring personnel posted there.

CCL Director (Human Resources), Harsh Nath Mishra, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

Addressing the gathering, Mishra extended his heartfelt wishes to the retiring employees for a fulfilling and meaningful post-retirement life. He said it was a matter of pride for the CCL family that all retiring employees had completed their service with loyalty, dedication and integrity, leaving behind a strong legacy of commitment.

He further encouraged them to continue contributing to society and public welfare by sharing their rich experience and knowledge, while leading a balanced and positive life by managing their resources judiciously.

The ceremony was attended by a large number of general managers, senior officers, employees and family members of the retirees. As a mark of respect, all retiring employees were felicitated with shawls, bouquets and mementos, making the occasion memorable and emotionally enriching.
