Joseph Bastian Takes Charge as Head of Project, NTPC Mouda

NTPC Mouda has welcomed Joseph Bastian as its new Head of Project (HOP). Shri Bastian formally assumed charge on January 19, 2026.
Prior to this assignment, Bastian was serving as Chief General Manager (Operations & Maintenance) at NTPC Singrauli. An NTPC veteran, he joined the organisation in 1991 and brings with him over three decades of rich experience across multiple thermal power projects.
Bastian holds a degree in Instrumentation from Kerala University, Thiruvananthapuram. Over the course of his distinguished career, he has made significant contributions at several key NTPC projects, including Farakka, Kayamkulam, Siddhirganj, Kudgi and Singrauli.
His professional journey spans a wide range of critical functions, notably Control & Instrumentation (C&I) Maintenance, Operations & Maintenance (O&M), and Ash Dyke Maintenance, reflecting his strong technical expertise and operational leadership.
