India Energy Week 2026: BPCL Signs Key MoUs with Deepak Phenolics, Tata Services to Strengthen Industrial Partnerships

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) marked a significant milestone at India Energy Week 2026 by entering into multiple Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with private sector partners, reinforcing its focus on strategic collaborations across the energy and manufacturing value chain.

In a major long-term partnership, BPCL signed a 10-year MoU with Deepak Phenolics for the assured supply of Propylene and Benzene, critical petrochemical feedstocks. The agreement was signed by Shri Tarun Kumar, General Manager (Sales & Strategy), BPCL I&C Business, and Shri Balram Kushwaha, President & Chief Commercial Officer, Deepak Phenolics, in the presence of Shri Subhankar Sen, Director (Marketing), BPCL.

The collaboration aims to support India’s domestic manufacturing ecosystem by ensuring feedstock availability and strengthening supply chain reliability, in line with the Government’s Make in India and Atmanirbhar Bharat initiatives. The MoU also reflects BPCL’s strategy of driving downstream integration while contributing to industrial growth and India’s evolving energy landscape.

Further strengthening partnerships that support India’s growth story, BPCL also signed an MoU with Tata Services Limited (TSL) at India Energy Week. The agreement marks an important step towards strategic collaboration, with both organisations expressing intent to explore synergies across areas of mutual interest. The MoU was signed in the presence of senior leadership from both companies.

The partnership underscores a shared commitment to excellence, innovation, and nation-building, aligned with India’s economic and development priorities. Signed on the global platform of India Energy Week, the collaborations highlight the growing role of cross-industry partnerships in accelerating progress and contributing meaningfully to India’s growth journey.
