NTPC Vindhyachal Flags Off First Ash Bricks Dispatch Under Dealership Mode

NTPC Vindhyachal achieved a significant sustainability milestone with the ceremonial flag-off of its first Ash Bricks dispatch under the dealership mode on February 6, 2026, marking a new chapter in responsible by-product utilisation and circular economy practices.

The milestone was accomplished under the leadership of Sanjib Kumar Saha, CGM (Vindhyachal), in the august presence of A. J. Rajkumar, GM (O&M); M. Suresh, GM (Maintenance & ADM); Satendra Sinha, GM (Operation); and Ruma De Sharma, Head of HR (Vindhyachal).

This initiative represents a major step towards structured market outreach through a dealership framework, reinforcing NTPC Vindhyachal’s strong commitment to sustainability, waste-to-wealth initiatives, and circular economy principles. The dispatch of ash bricks highlights NTPC’s proactive approach in promoting eco-friendly construction materials while ensuring effective utilisation of fly ash generated during power production.
