Global Brand Ambassador Sachin Tendulkar shares leadership lessons as Bank honours top Regional and Zonal Heads for performance and people-centric growth

Bank of Baroda, India’s International Bank, hosted Leadership in Action, a high-impact leadership meet featuring its Global Brand Ambassador, Sachin Tendulkar. The event centred on leadership excellence, employee engagement, and recognition of top-performing leaders across the Bank’s regions.
The meet brought together the Bank’s Board of Directors and senior leadership from the corporate office and various zones, underscoring the institution’s commitment to strengthening internal leadership capabilities.

The programme commenced with an exclusive leadership interaction between the Board of Directors and Tendulkar, followed by an engaging fireside chat. Drawing parallels between cricket and corporate leadership, the discussion emphasised consistency, decision-making under pressure, discipline, teamwork, and values-led leadership as the cornerstones of building resilient and high-performing institutions.
As part of the event, the Bank felicitated its top 10 Regional Heads and all 25 Zonal Heads for sustained business performance and people-centric leadership. The recognition highlighted their pivotal role in deepening customer relationships and driving growth across geographies.
