SCOPE Collaborates with International Coaching Federation (ICF), USA for Coaching-Led Leadership Development
SCOPE partners with ICF, USA to integrate global coaching standards and strengthen leadership transformation across Public Sector Enterprises.

Strengthening leadership capabilities and organizational transformation across India’s Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) – The Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), USA, the world’s leading association dedicated to advancing the coaching profession.
The MoU was signed by Atul Sobti, Director General, SCOPE, and Steve Weiss, Vice President, ICF, USA.
The long-term collaboration aims to integrate coaching as a strategic leadership tool to strengthen human capital and support organizational transformation within the corporate ecosystem. As part of the partnership, an evidence-based study will be undertaken to assess the current state of coaching practices in India.
Based on the study’s findings, the initiative will focus on developing structured leadership tools and building internal coaching capabilities across organizations, particularly within the public sector.
Through this collaboration, SCOPE seeks to align leadership development frameworks with ICF’s globally recognized gold standards in professional coaching, fostering a culture of continuous learning, performance enhancement, and sustainable leadership growth.
