Public Sector headhunter Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has recommended the name of Pushp Kumar Nayar for the post of Director (Human Resources) at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL).
Nayar is presently serving as Executive Director (Human Resource Development) at BPCL and brings extensive experience in human resource management, organisational development, and workforce transformation within the oil and gas sector.
According to sources, a total of 12 candidates were shortlisted and appeared for the selection interview conducted by PESB for the prestigious board-level position. Following the selection process, Nayar emerged as the recommended candidate for appointment, subject to the necessary approvals from the competent authority.
The recommendation marks an important leadership transition in BPCL’s HR function at a time when the company is focusing on talent development, operational efficiency, and future-ready workforce strategies.
