BCCL Effects Major Rejig in Senior Management

Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL) has announced a comprehensive restructuring of its senior management personnel through a series of transfers and postings of executives.
The changes, disclosed to stock exchanges on May 16, 2026, have been carried out in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The reshuffle impacts key functional areas including mining operations, safety, coordination, and human resources. Several executives have been assigned new responsibilities, with some elevated to roles classified as Senior Management Personnel (SMP).
The restructuring exercise covers ten executives and is aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening leadership deployment, and aligning expertise with critical business functions across the organization.

The company clarified that the aforesaid changes will come into effect from the date of actual release of the executives from their current assignments and upon their assumption of charge at the respective new places of posting.
BCCL further stated that detailed disclosures, as required under SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, will be submitted upon the concerned officials formally assuming their new roles.
The official communication to the stock exchanges was signed by Debanuj Debnath, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, confirming adherence to regulatory requirements and disclosure norms.
