Formal Farewell Accorded to BCCL CVO Aman Raj at Koyla Bhawan Headquarters
Ms. Dipti Patel, Chief Vigilance Officer of ECL, will assume additional charge as the new CVO of BCCL

A formal farewell ceremony was organized last evening at Koyla Bhawan Headquarters in honor of BCCL Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) Aman Raj upon completion of his tenure. The event was attended by BCCL CMD Manoj Kumar Agarwal, Director (Human Resources) Murali Krishna Ramaiah, Director (Finance) Rajesh Kumar, Company Secretary Debanuj Debnath, General Managers, Heads of Departments, officers, and employees of the company.
Also present on the occasion was Ms. Dipti Patel, Chief Vigilance Officer of ECL, who will assume additional charge as the new CVO of BCCL, from today.

During the ceremony, the CMD and Directors felicitated Aman Raj with a bouquet, ceremonial shawl, and memento in recognition of his dedicated service and valuable contributions to the organization.
Addressing the gathering, CMD Manoj Kumar Agarwal lauded Aman Raj for his commitment, transparency, and professional excellence during his tenure as Chief Vigilance Officer. He noted that Shri Raj played a significant role in strengthening vigilance awareness, enhancing transparency in administrative processes, and promoting accountability across the organization. The CMD expressed confidence that Aman Raj’s experience and work ethic would continue to benefit organizations in the future and wished him success in his forthcoming assignments.
In his farewell address, Aman Raj described his tenure at BCCL, the country’s largest coking coal producer, as both enriching and memorable. He expressed gratitude for the cooperation and support extended by officers and employees at every level, which enabled him to effectively discharge his responsibilities. He also conveyed his best wishes for BCCL’s continued growth, progress, and institutional excellence.
It may be noted that Aman Raj is an officer of the Railway Services (SCRA) and had been serving as CVO of BCCL on a three-year deputation. Following completion of his tenure, he has been posted to the Hajipur Zonal Railway Office.
Ms. Dipti Patel Appointed as New CVO of BCCL
Ms. Dipti Patel, presently serving as Chief Vigilance Officer of ECL, has been entrusted with the additional charge of BCCL’s Chief Vigilance Officer. A Railway Services officer, Ms. Patel will formally assume charge tomorrow.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks. Officers and employees present fondly recalled Aman Raj’s contributions, wished him success in his future endeavors, and congratulated Ms. Dipti Patel on her new responsibilities.
