BPCL Invites Applications for 53 Team Member, Site Manager and Finance Posts Across India
Applications open till June 20, 2026; opportunities available for engineers, CAs, ICWAs, Company Secretaries and postgraduates
Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has invited online applications for 53 vacancies across multiple disciplines, including Team Member, Team Leader, Site Manager, Company Secretary, Finance, Reservoir Engineer and Polymer Marketing positions. Eligible candidates can apply through the official career portal until June 20, 2026.
The recruitment drive offers opportunities for professionals with qualifications such as B.E./B.Tech, postgraduate degrees, MBA/PGDM, CA, ICWA and Company Secretary certifications. The positions are spread across various business verticals of BPCL and its subsidiary Bharat PetroResources Limited (BPRL), with job locations across India.
Among the major vacancies are 23 posts of Site Manager (Highway Rest Stops), 15 positions in Finance, five Team Lead posts for Wayside Amenities (WSA), and several specialist roles in exploration, reservoir engineering, petrochemicals and corporate governance.
The selection process may include application screening, Computer-Based Test (CBT), case-based discussions, group tasks and personal interviews, depending on the number of applications received. Candidates shortlisted for further stages will undergo document verification before the final selection process.
For general category, OBC-NCL, EWS and Ex-servicemen candidates, the application fee is ₹1,180, including GST, while SC, ST and PwBD candidates are exempted from paying the fee.
