BEL Recruitment 2026: Multiple Openings for Finance & Engineering Professionals

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna Defence PSU under the Ministry of Defence, has invited applications for several positions across Finance and Engineering disciplines.

Positions Available

• Project Officer-I (Finance) – 2 vacancies (Delhi)
• Senior Engineer / Deputy Manager – Aerospace, Aerodynamics & Control Systems disciplines (Bengaluru)

Eligibility

• Project Officer-I (Finance): MBA (Finance) with minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience. Age limit: 32 years.
• Senior Engineer: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in relevant engineering disciplines with 2–4 years of experience. Age limit: 32 years.
• Deputy Manager: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in relevant engineering disciplines with 6–8 years of experience. Age limit: 36 years.

Pay Scale

• Project Officer-I (Finance): ₹40,000–55,000 per month (contract basis) plus benefits.
• Senior Engineer (E-III): ₹50,000–1,60,000.
• Deputy Manager (E-IV): ₹60,000–1,80,000 plus allowances and benefits.

Selection Process

Written Test followed by Interview. Weightage: 85% Written Test and 15% Interview.

Last Dates

• Project Officer-I (Finance): Apply online by 30 June 2026
• Senior Engineer / Deputy Manager: Applications must reach BEL by 5 July 2026
