A Glittering Celebration of Women Power: PSU Women Achievers Shine at the 2nd INDIANPSU NARI SHAKTI SAMMAN AWARDS – 2026
17 ladies from different PSUs honoured for their path-breaking achievements

It was an evening that will be remembered for years to come as some of India’s most inspiring women from the Public Sector came together under one roof to celebrate excellence, dedication and nation-building at the 2nd Edition of the INDIANPSU NARI SHAKTI SAMMAN AWARDS – 2026, held at the Main Hall of the SCOPE Convention Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi.
The prestigious ceremony honoured extraordinary women officers and employees from leading Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) whose exemplary contributions have strengthened India’s industrial growth, social development and national progress. The evening reflected the growing leadership of women in India’s Public Sector and celebrated their remarkable achievements across diverse fields.
Chief Guest, Ms. Bansuri Swaraj, Hon’ble Member of Parliament from New Delhi, applauded the awardees and described them as the true nation builders of modern India. She highlighted the significant role being played by women professionals in strengthening the country’s economy and public institutions through their dedication and leadership.
Ms. Swaraj said that our Prime Minister Narendra Modi Government was instrumental for Beti Padhao – Beti Bachao – Andolan in India as a result of which, decline girl ratio has once again come almost at par with the male birth ratio in the country.
Ms. Pooja Kapil Mishra, National Vice President, BJP Mahila Morcha, who was the Guest of Honour, also congratulated the award winners and appreciated the steadily increasing participation and leadership of women across India’s Public Sector landscape. She noted that women today are not only breaking barriers but are also setting new benchmarks of excellence in every sphere of governance and industry.
