BCCL CMD Manoj Kumar Agrawal Participates in Curtain Raiser of India Mining Week 2026
India Mining Week 2026 to be held from November 15-17 at Yashobhoomi Convention Centre; BCCL reaffirms commitment to innovation, sustainability and responsible coal mining

Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL) Chairman-cum-Managing Director Manoj Kumar Agrawal participated in the Curtain Raiser of India Mining Week 2026, held in New Delhi on Tuesday, reaffirming BCCL’s commitment to the sustainable growth and advancement of India’s mining sector.
The event brought together senior policymakers, industry leaders and key stakeholders from the mining and minerals ecosystem to outline the vision and roadmap for one of India’s premier mining events.
The Curtain Raiser was graced by Union Minister for Coal & Mines G. Kishan Reddy, Minister of State for Coal & Mines Satish Chandra Dubey, Secretary, Ministry of Coal Vikram Dev Dutt, Secretary, Ministry of Mines V. L. Kantha Rao, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Coal Rupinder Brar, along with senior government officials and industry representatives.
CMD BCCL Manoj Kumar Agrawal’s presence at the event underscored the company’s active role in supporting the Government of India’s initiatives aimed at promoting innovation, technology adoption, sustainability and responsible mining practices.
India Mining Week 2026, the flagship event of the sector, is scheduled to be held from 15 to 17 November 2026 at the Yashobhoomi Convention Centre, New Delhi. The event is expected to serve as a major platform for policymakers, mining companies, technology providers and industry experts to deliberate on the future of India’s mining and mineral sector.
BCCL reiterated its commitment to contributing towards responsible and sustainable growth while supporting the nation’s vision of a modern, technologically advanced and environmentally conscious coal mining industry.
