BEL Graduate Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Walk-in for Engineering Graduates, Stipend ₹17,500 Per Month

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Defence, has invited applications from eligible engineering graduates for engagement as Graduate Apprentices under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS). Eligible candidates from the Southern Region can participate in the walk-in written test scheduled from August 6 to August 8, 2026 in Bengaluru.

The recruitment offers a monthly stipend of ₹17,500 for one year of apprenticeship training.

Educational Qualification

Candidates should possess a B.E./B.Tech degree in the relevant engineering discipline from a recognized university and should have graduated on or after July 1, 2022.

Stipend

Selected Graduate Apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of ₹17,500, comprising:

  • ₹13,000 paid by BEL
  • ₹4,500 paid by the Government of India through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT)

Selection Process

Selection will be based solely on the marks obtained in the written test.

Eligibility Conditions

Applicants must satisfy the following conditions:

  • Must have domicile from the Southern Region (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala or Puducherry).
  • Minimum marks:
    • General/OBC: 60%
    • SC/ST: 50%
  • Candidates who have already completed or are undergoing apprenticeship training under NATS are not eligible.
  • Candidates pursuing or possessing higher qualifications are also not eligible.

  • SSLC/10th Marks Card
  • Degree Certificate/Provisional Degree Certificate
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Caste/PwBD Certificate (if applicable)

Graduate Apprentices will also be eligible for:

  • BEL hospital OPD medical facility
  • Group Personal Accident Insurance of ₹5 lakh
  • Transport and canteen facilities (chargeable)
  • Apprenticeship training under NATS
