Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess qualifications in the relevant discipline from recognized Universities/Institutions approved by UGC/AICTE/Government of India.
Eligible qualifications include:

Salary
Selected candidates will receive an attractive compensation package.
During Training
- Basic Pay: ₹50,000 per month
- Dearness Allowance (DA) as applicable
After Successful Training
- Designation: Assistant Manager
- Pay Scale: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000
- Initial Basic Pay: ₹60,000 per month
Selection Process
The selection process consists of the following stages:
- Computer Based Test (CBT) – 70% Weightage
- Group Discussion (GD) – 15% Weightage
- Personal Interview – 15% Weightage
- Document Verification
- Pre-Employment Medical Examination
Minimum Qualifying Marks in CBT
- UR/EWS: 50 Marks
- OBC (NCL): 45 Marks
- SC/ST/PwBD: 40 Marks
The CBT will consist of objective-type multiple-choice questions in Hindi and English.
