BCCL Reaffirms Commitment to National Unity Under Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan 2026

Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL) organised a special programme at its headquarters, Koyla Bhawan, under the Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan 2026, reaffirming its commitment to patriotism, national unity and respect for the National Flag.

The programme was chaired by Chairman-cum-Managing Director Shri Manoj Kumar Agarwal and witnessed participation from senior officials, department heads, officers, employees, representatives of various labour organisations, members of the BCCL Welfare Board and the Women’s Welfare Committee.

The event aimed to promote awareness about the dignity of the National Flag while strengthening the spirit of national unity and integrity. On the occasion, members of the BCCL family took a pledge to actively participate in the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign and uphold the honour and dignity of the Tricolour.

Addressing the gathering, CMD Shri Manoj Kumar Agarwal said the Tricolour represents the nation’s unity, integrity and pride. He urged employees to actively participate in the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign and inspire wider public participation by spreading the message of patriotism and national responsibility throughout society.

Participants, including officers, employees and representatives of labour organisations, reaffirmed their commitment to preserving the dignity of the National Flag and contributing to the success of the campaign. The programme reflected a strong spirit of patriotism, collective responsibility and national integration.

BCCL stated that through the Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan, it seeks to instil greater respect for the National Flag and strengthen the sense of duty towards the nation among its employees, their families and the wider community. The initiative underscores the company’s commitment to promoting national unity, integrity and pride.

Among those present were Director (Human Resources) Shri Murali Krishna Ramaiah, Director (Technical/Operations) Shri Sanjay Kumar Singh, Director (Finance) Shri Rajesh Kumar, and Director (Technical/Project & Planning) Shri Rajiv Kumar Sinha. Members of the Welfare Board, representatives of labour organisations and the Women’s Welfare Committee also attended the programme.

Representatives from the Welfare Department, including Smt. Kiran Rani Nayak, Smt. Gargi Mukhopadhyay, Smt. Madhusmita Lakra and Smt. Nidhi Sinha, were present. General Manager (System) Shri D.P. Mishra, along with Shri Arpan Ghosh, Shri Manish Mishra, Shri Mithilesh Kumar, Smt. S.J. Kujur, heads of departments and employees from various departments also participated in the event.
