An inauguration ceremony at the overseas office of a leading Indian PSU turned into an intriguing talking point in bureaucratic circles. The occasion was important enough to bring together the PSU’s top brass and the Secretary of the concerned ministry. But amid the expected VIPs, one unexpected presence reportedly caught the attention of the observant.
