BCCL CMD Sponsors Jharkhand Kickboxers for World Cup 2026, Extends Best Wishes

Reinforcing its commitment to promoting sports and nurturing young talent, Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL) extended sponsorship support to two promising kickboxers from Jharkhand who have been selected to represent India at the World Cup Kickboxing 2026.

Ms. Mandeep Kaur and Ms. Rajdeep Kaur, players of the Jharkhand Amateur Sports Kickboxing Association, paid a courtesy visit to BCCL Chairman-cum-Managing Director Manoj Kumar Agarwal at the company’s Koyla Bhawan headquarters in Dhanbad on Friday.

The two athletes have been selected to represent India at the World Cup Kickboxing 2026, scheduled to be held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, from October 13 to 18, 2026.

During the meeting, Manoj Kumar Agarwal presented sponsorship assistance to both players to facilitate their participation in the prestigious international tournament.

Congratulating the athletes on their achievement, the CMD said representing the nation at an international sporting event is a matter of immense pride, honour and responsibility. He encouraged the players to compete with confidence, discipline and determination. “This is a golden opportunity to bring glory to the country and Jharkhand. We are confident that your dedication and hard work will help you achieve success and make India proud on the global stage,” Agarwal said.
