BECIL Signs MoU with C-DAC to Boost AI, 5G and Digital Transformation Capabilities
This partnership is expected to accelerate innovation, promote the adoption of emerging technologies

Broadcast Engineering Consultants India Limited (BECIL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) to strengthen collaboration in advanced technologies and digital transformation.
The strategic partnership aims to drive joint projects, technology solutions, and skill development initiatives across cutting-edge domains such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Internet of Things (IoT), Cyber Security, 5G, and Cloud Computing.
Under the MoU, both organizations will collaborate on project implementation, consultancy, and technical support, while also working towards developing turnkey solutions across multiple sectors. The agreement further enables technology transfer and commercialization of innovative products, reinforcing India’s growing digital ecosystem.
The collaboration also places strong emphasis on capacity building and workforce upskilling, ensuring that professionals are equipped with next-generation technological capabilities.
The MoU was signed by Director (O&M), BECIL, Capt. (IN) Saurav Chauhan (Retd), and Registrar, C-DAC, Niranjan Vaishnav, in the presence of senior officials.
CMD of BECIL, Cmde D.K. Murali (Retd.), highlighted that the partnership would significantly enhance BECIL’s capabilities in advanced technologies and digital transformation. He noted that by leveraging the complementary strengths of both organizations, the collaboration aims to deliver impactful and scalable solutions.
