CCL Organises Grievance Redressal Camp in Hazaribagh, Registers 27 Employee Complaints
Camp received 27 complaints such as compassionate appointments, quarter maintenance, provident fund, pension payments, online data updation related to the Coal Mines Provident Fund

Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) successfully organised a grievance redressal camp in the Hazaribagh Area under the aegis of its Directorate of Human Resource Management, registering 27 complaints related to employee welfare and service matters.
The initiative was aimed at ensuring the timely resolution of grievances raised by employees and stakeholders while strengthening transparent and accountable governance within the organisation.
The camp was chaired by Mrs. Suman Rastogi, General Manager (Human Resources/Resolution Cell), Hazaribagh Area. Senior officials present included Mr. Tejwinder Singh, Chief Manager (Resolution Cell), CCL Headquarters, Mrs. Neelambara Malik, Staff Officer (Human Resources), Mr. Nishant Kumar Parmar, Deputy Manager (Human Resources), along with officers from the Human Resources Department, the Staff Officer (Civil), other departmental officials, and representatives of trade unions.
Held from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., the camp received 27 complaints, covering issues such as compassionate appointments, quarter maintenance, provident fund (PF), pension payments, online data updation related to the Coal Mines Provident Fund (CMPF), and other service-related matters.
Employees and stakeholders were given the opportunity to present their grievances directly before the concerned officials. Several complaints were addressed on the spot by providing necessary information and guidance, while the remaining cases have been taken up for examination in accordance with applicable rules and established procedures to ensure their early resolution.
CCL management reiterated its commitment to resolving employee and stakeholder grievances in a timely manner and to maintaining a transparent, responsive, and accountable administrative system.
