Shri Jaikumar Srinivasan, Director (Finance & HR) of NTPC Limited, recently visited NTPC Mouda for an important interaction meeting with the Heads of Departments (HODs) and to review the ongoing Swachhata Pakhwada 2024 initiatives. The visit was marked by a strong emphasis on the mission to transform Utkarsh Nagar Township into a litter-free zone.
During the meeting, Shri Srinivasan stressed the importance of creating and maintaining systems that ensure cleanliness and hygiene across the township. He encouraged fostering a culture of belongingness and ownership among all residents, which includes stakeholders such as vendors, contract agencies, and workers.
The review session highlighted various initiatives and events conducted under Swachhata Pakhwada 2024, showcasing NTPC’s commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness and environmental sustainability.
The meeting was attended by several key personnel from NTPC Mouda, including Shri K.M.K Prusty, Head of Project; Shri Subhashish Guha, GM (O&M); Shri Prem Chand, GM (COE); Shri Pradeep Balwant Paranjape, GM (Project); Shri Harekrushna Jena, GM (Maintenance); and Shri Sagar Ranjan Sahoo, Head of HR, along with other HODs from various departments.
