Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess any of the following qualifications from a recognized institution:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA), or
  • Cost & Management Accountant (CMA), or
  • MBA (Finance) – Regular Course

Experience Requirement

Associate Manager

  • CA/CMA: Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance & Accounts in Manufacturing or FMCG industry.
  • MBA (Finance): Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance & Accounts in Manufacturing or FMCG industry.

Junior Manager

  • CA/CMA: Freshers are eligible to apply.
  • MBA (Finance): Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts in Manufacturing or FMCG industry.

Age Limit (as on 01.06.2026)

Junior Manager

  • Maximum 37 years

Associate Manager

  • CA/CMA: Maximum 37 years
  • MBA (Finance): Maximum 40 years

Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of India rules.

Pay Scale & Salary

Associate Manager

  • Pay Scale: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000
  • Approximate Gross Salary: ₹50,275 per month (Non-Metro)
  • Approximate Annual CTC: ₹7.22 Lakhs

Junior Manager

  • Pay Scale: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000
  • Approximate Gross Salary: ₹40,220 per month (Non-Metro)
  • Approximate Annual CTC: ₹5.83 Lakhs

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial reporting and accounting
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Costing and inventory accounting
  • GST, TDS and statutory compliance
  • Audit coordination and internal controls
  • MIS reporting and management support
  • SAP/ERP operations and financial closing activities
  • Maintenance of leased plant accounts

Desired Skills

  • Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation and costing
  • Experience in SAP, ERP or Tally
  • Familiarity with PSU financial systems and audits
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple units/plants
