Dharmendra Pradhan, Minister of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Steel seems to be the biggest loser with all his high flyhing portfolios taken back as he was made Minister of Education & Minister of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. Hardeep Singh Puri, who was till now the Civil Aviation Minister, continues to hold this charge with additional responsibility of the coveted Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas. Ministry of Steel has been given to Ramchandra Prasad Singh of the JD(U) who is more popularly known as R.C.P. Singh.
