  • Data Entry Operator (Fresher)
  • Data Entry Operator (Skill Certificate Holder)

The largest number of vacancies are available in Chemical, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines.

Educational Qualification

Candidates possessing any of the following qualifications are eligible, depending on the post:

  • Class XII (10+2)
  • ITI in relevant trade
  • Diploma in Engineering
  • B.Sc. (Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics)
  • B.Com
  • BA
  • Other prescribed qualifications mentioned in the notification

Applicants must have passed the qualifying examination on or before the prescribed cut-off date.

Age Limit

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Maximum Age: 24 years (as on July 31, 2026)

Age relaxation is applicable for SC, ST, OBC (NCL), PwBD and other reserved categories as per Government of India norms.

Selection Process

There will be no written examination.

Selection will be based on:

  • Merit prepared from marks obtained in the qualifying examination
  • Document Verification
  • Medical Fitness Test

Final engagement will be subject to successful verification of eligibility and medical standards.

Stipend

Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend in accordance with the Apprentices Act and Government of India guidelines.

Eligible candidates should:

  1. Register on the NAPS or NATS portal, depending on the applicable trade.
  2. Complete the online apprenticeship registration.
  3. Submit the required application through the prescribed Microsoft Form.
  4. Upload all necessary documents before the closing date.

Candidates must complete both the apprenticeship portal registration and the online application form for their application to be considered.
