Investiture And Annual Award Function 2024 Held At Delhi Public School, Visakhapatnam Steel Plant
340 students were conferred with certificates, ties and badges for being scholars, toppers and 100% attendees
The Investiture Ceremony and Annual Award Function 2024 Held at Delhi Public School, Ukkunagaram was held today in the DPS school premises, Ukkunagaram in which the deserving young talents of Delhi Public School Visakhapatnam Steel Plant were bestowed with the responsibility of leading their School from the front with their commitment, competence and confidence.
In total 340 students were conferred with certificates, ties and badges for being scholars, toppers and 100% attendees. 4 students were honoured for performing exceptionally well in Science Olympiad Foundation competitive examinations. The two educators of the school namely Mrs V D Sasiprabha and Mrs P Sree Rajya Lakshmi were awarded the SOF Best Zonal Teacher Award 2024-2025 for their outstanding performances in the subjects Social Studies and English respectively.
The Principal, Samir Kumar Pandey was also awarded for being the Best Principal for the seventh consecutive year by Science Olympiad Foundation.
The Chief Guest for the Ceremony was Dr Suresh Chandra Pandey, Director-Personnel RINL, Visakhapatnam steel plant. The other dignitaries were NVS Raju, GM-HR Recruitment & MC, RINL, VSP and the Pro-Vice Chairman; the LMC member of our school Ch Leela Srinivas; the Principal, Kendriya Vidyalaya Steel Plant Visakhapatnam, Vamsi Krishna E V L N; the Principal, De Paul School Visakhapatnam, Rev. Dr Aneesh Mathew and the Principal Siva Sivani Public School Visakhapatnam, V Srinivas Rao.
