Karri Srinivas, DGM (Safety), RINL, Donates Rare O-Negative Blood for the 58th Time

In a remarkable act of compassion and dedication to humanity, Karri Srinivas Garu, Deputy General Manager (Safety) at Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited, the corporate entity of Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, has donated his rare O-Negative blood for the 58th time at Anakapalle.
Srinivas responded swiftly upon learning about the urgent requirement of blood for K. Satyanarayana, 56-year-old retired Army personnel. The patient had sustained a fracture in his left shoulder after reportedly falling from his bed and was also battling severe anemia, with critically low hemoglobin levels and platelet count, making the situation extremely serious.
Despite his demanding professional responsibilities, Srinivas immediately stepped forward and donated blood in time, playing a crucial role in saving the patient’s life. His timely intervention once again highlights his unwavering commitment to humanitarian service.
Notably, Srinivas has been a regular blood donor for several years and continues to extend support during medical emergencies whenever called upon. His consistent dedication to social service and willingness to help those in need have earned him widespread respect and admiration.
Members of Ukkunagaram Sai Samithi, along with his colleagues at RINL, expressed deep appreciation and pride in Srinivas for his noble gesture and compassionate spirit.
