The newly awarded contracts include a ₹25.52 crore project management consultancy (PMC) assignment from Central Bank of India for the construction of its office building in Amaravati. Strong Growth Backed by Government Push
NBCC operates in India’s fast-growing infrastructure sector, which continues to benefit from sustained policy support and increased capital expenditure by the government. The company has consistently played a key role in executing high-value public sector projects, including institutional buildings, housing, and urban infrastructure.
Supreme Court Boost for NBCC
In a significant recent development, the Supreme Court of India has appointed NBCC to complete stalled projects of real estate developer Supertech Limited. This move is expected to further strengthen NBCC’s project portfolio while enhancing its reputation as a reliable agency for resolving complex and delayed real estate developments.
Outlook
With a steady inflow of new orders and strategic assignments, NBCC is well-positioned to sustain its growth trajectory. The company’s expanding order book and involvement in critical redevelopment and infrastructure projects underscore its pivotal role in India’s urban transformation.
