The company has received a formal Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from MCGM for delivering comprehensive cloud-based solutions. This project marks a key milestone in enhancing the civic body’s IT backbone, enabling more efficient, secure, and scalable digital services for one of India’s largest metropolitan administrations.
Scope of Work
Under the contract, RailTel will handle the complete lifecycle of cloud services, including:
- Provisioning and deployment of cloud infrastructure
- Configuration, testing, and commissioning
- Continuous operations and maintenance
- Ensuring system reliability, performance, and cybersecurity
The engagement highlights RailTel’s expertise in executing end-to-end managed IT solutions for government clients.
Project Value and Timeline
The total contract value stands at ₹86,36,21,334 (inclusive of taxes). The multi-year project is scheduled for completion by June 5, 2029, reflecting a long-term collaboration focused on sustained digital transformation.
