The Government informed the Delhi High Court that they will not further extend the EDSA 2021 and with that assurance of the Government Delhi High Court disposed of the Petition of AIDEF. However, petition of AIDEF against Corporatization of Ordnance Factories is still pending in the Madras High Court.
