RINL Registers Best Ever Performance On Production Front In February, 2023

Average Dispatch Rake retention time of 9.55 Hrs for Slag Rakes and Average Inward Rake retention time of 7.77 Hrs achieved

RINL which took off to a flying start in the New Year 2023, continued its impressive tempo on the production front by registering best ever performance on the production front in February, 2023

Some of the RINL Performance Highlights during February, 2023 are:

RINL achieved an average Hot Metal Production of 15,004 Tons/day in Feb’23 which is the best performance for any month, since inception from any two Blast Furnaces and the production of an Hot Metal Production of 7,571 Tons per “an average per day” from Blast Furnace-1 is the best performances for ANY MONTH, since inception.

Achievement of a BF productivity of 2.24 (of Hot Metal) /day/cum (BF -1 & 2 together) and BF productivity of 2.26 (of Hot Metal) /day/cum by Blast Furnace-1 during the month of February, 2023 is yet another best performance achieved for ANY Month, since inception.

Hot Metal Production of 4,20,100 Tons from BF -1&2(together), Hot metal production of 2,12,000 tons from BF-1 and 2,08,100 tons from BF-2 achieved during Feb’23 is also the best performances achieved for ANY February, since inception.

Production of 91,356 tons of wire rods from Wire Rod Mill-1, 53,453 tons of SBM products from SBM, 56,722 tons of wire rods from Wire Rod Mill-2 and 48,853 tons of structurals from Structural Mill during February, 2023 are also amongst the best performances achieved for any February, since inception.

RINL registered yet another record by producing 1,59,028 tons of Finished Steel from Expansion units & 3,77,489 tons of total Finished Steel during February, 2023 which are best performances achieved for ANY February, since inception.
