Steel Executives’ Federation Of India Delegation Meets CMD of NMDC

The SEFI team, led by NK Banchore and Narendra Singh, met with the CMD and Director (Commercial) of NMDC to address several key topics:

1. Deputation Postings for RINL: They sought clarification on the tenure, medical benefits and housing provisions for employees on deputation.
2. Proposed Merger: They discussed the merger involving Nagarnar, RINL, and SAIL.
3. Operational Synergy**: Strategies to improve coordination and efficiency across all units were explored.
4. Boosting NSR: The focus was on reducing inter-company competition to enhance the Net Sales Realization (NSR).
