Swachhta Hi Seva 2023 : Activities Pick Momentum At RINL – Visakhapatnam Steel Plant
Officials of CSR Department of RINL-Visakhapatnam Steel Plant coordinated these programs
In line with the directives of Ministry of Steel, Government of India, ‘Swachhta Hi Seva 2023’ Campaign is being organized by RINL, Visakhapatnam Steel Plant from 15th September to 2nd October 2023.
As part of the ‘Swachhta Hi Seva 2023’ Campaign, RINL organized Swachhta Pledge at Visakha Vimala Vidyalaya, Pedagantyada, Vizag wherein 266 School students, along with teachers, RINL employees took Swachhta Pledge on 23/09/2023.
In addition to the above, 2 unique programs, i.e, ‘Bala Swachhta Jagruti’ and Mera Dus Minute were conducted, today. Subsequently, the following were conducted:
‘Bala Swachhta Jagruti’ is an Awareness program on ‘Personal Hygiene and ‘Curbing of Single use plastic’.
Mera Dus Minute is yet another unique activity demonstrating ‘team work’ called ‘mera dus minute(my 10 minutes) ’ was conducted at Visakha Vimala Vidyalaya, wherein 100 students participated in this special campaign and in a quick time of 10 minutes duration, entire ‘Plastic Waste’ was removed and disposed from the school premises.
Officials of Corporate Social Responsibility of RINL- Visakhapatnam Steel Plant coordinated these programs.
