The National Confederation of Officers’ Association (NCOA), the umbrella body of Public Sector Undertakings of India, has written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, raising concern over the brutal murder of NTPC official, Kumar Gaurav, in Hazaribagh District of Jharkhand. NCOA says that this incident raises serious concerns over the safety and security of personnel working in PSUs like NTPC.
