A panel discussion was successfully organized at the Human Resource Development Department (Kalyan Bhawan – HRD) of Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL) as part of the ongoing ‘Sadhana Saptah 2026’, held under the flagship Mission Karmayogi programme.

The session witnessed active participation from officers of Koyla Bhawan Headquarters as well as various operational regions. The primary objective of the discussion was to foster a culture of continuous learning, capacity building, and citizen-centric governance among officers.

During the interactive session, participants deliberated on key measures to enhance administrative efficiency and ensure more responsive service delivery. Officers were encouraged to adopt best practices and align their work with evolving governance standards.

A major highlight of the programme was the emphasis on effective utilization of the iGOT (Integrated Government Online Training) platform. Participants were motivated to leverage the digital learning ecosystem to upgrade their professional skills and stay prepared for emerging administrative challenges.

It is noteworthy that ‘Sadhana Week 2026’, being observed from April 2 to April 8, 2026, is among the largest collaborative capacity-building initiatives in the country. The initiative aims to promote accountable, transparent, and citizen-focused governance by bringing together central ministries, state governments, union territories, and training institutions on a unified platform. Organized under the theme “Hum Bane Karmayogi”, the campaign also marks the Foundation Day of the Capacity Building Commission and celebrates five years of Mission Karmayogi.

The programme aligns with the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi for building an Atmanirbhar Bharat and a future-ready administrative system.

The session was conducted by Lead Trainer Arijit Chakraborty, Deputy Manager (Public Relations). Key contributions were made by Senior HRD Manager (Mining) Radheshyam Dubey, Manager (Human Resources) Sumit Kumar, Manager (Mining) Deepak Kumar, along with other staff members.

At the conclusion, officials emphasized the importance of organizing such knowledge-driven sessions regularly to further strengthen the institutional learning culture and enhance service delivery for citizens.
