Former IRCON CMD Shri Hari Mohan Gupta Joins Advisory Board of IndianPSU.com

IndianPSU.com is pleased to announce that Shri Hari Mohan Gupta, former Chairman & Managing Director of IRCON International Limited and a distinguished Indian Railway Services officer, has joined the Advisory Board of IndianPSU.com.

The association marks an important new chapter for IndianPSU.com as the platform continues to expand its focus on India’s public sector enterprises, infrastructure, strategic projects and the people driving the country’s growth. With over 35 years of experience in Indian Railways and its PSUs, Shri Gupta brings an exceptional depth of knowledge spanning railway engineering, infrastructure development, project execution, public-sector management and institutional leadership.

An alumnus of IIT Roorkee and an officer of the IES 1989 batch, Shri Gupta has held several key positions during his distinguished career. As CMD of IRCON International Limited, he provided strategic leadership in business development, project execution, P&L management and major domestic and international infrastructure programmes.

His career includes significant involvement in the Dedicated Freight Corridor, one of India’s landmark railway infrastructure projects, as well as the challenging Jammu–Udhampur–Srinagar–Baramulla Rail Link. He has extensive experience in EPC execution, railway asset and track-machine maintenance, dispute resolution and coordination of complex multi-agency projects.

As Executive Director (Works) at the Railway Board, Shri Gupta was involved in coordinating projects valued at more than ₹7 lakh crore, covering new railway lines, gauge conversions and doubling works. Earlier, in the Track Machine Organisation, he played an important role in system overhauls and preventive maintenance and established Northern Railway’s first stores tendering system for procurement of track-machine spares.
