Reviewing the company’s monsoon preparedness, Agarwal instructed officials to complete all preventive and precautionary measures well in advance to ensure uninterrupted mining operations during the rainy season. He made it clear that negligence or inadequate performance in monsoon management would not be tolerated. At the same time, he assured that teams demonstrating exemplary performance would be suitably recognized and rewarded.

The inspection concluded with a detailed assessment of the mine’s operational readiness and ongoing developmental initiatives. The CMD urged officers, employees, contractors, and all stakeholders to work with dedication, commitment, and team spirit to achieve BCCL’s coal production targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
