Coal India Limited Launches Corporate Chatbot “CoalMitra”
The Chatbot will have suggestions, tracking vendor bills through the "Vendor Bill Status" feature, apart from assisting retired employees
Shri Pramod Agarwal, Chairman of Coal India Ltd (CIL), launched a corporate chatbot named “CoalMitra.” This chatbot will initially function as a “Samvaad WhatsApp Bot” within CIL. It will serve various purposes, including addressing grievances and suggestions, tracking vendor bills through the “Vendor Bill Status” feature, and assisting retired employees in downloading forms for addressing benefits through the “Retiree’s Benefit” feature.
During the launch event, Shri Vinay Ranjan, Director (P&IR) – CIL, Dr. B. Veera Reddy, Director (Technical) – CIL, and Shri Mukesh Choudhary, Director (Marketing) – CIL, were present.
