IndianOil Launches State’s First Model Swagat Retail Outlet In Uttarakhand
This will be the first retail outlet in the region to have an Electric Vehicle charging facility
As part of “Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’, IndianOil’s Executive Director & State Head, Uttar Pradesh State Office-II, Sh. Rajkumar Dube inaugurated the Large Format Model Swagat COCO Retail Outlet, Rudrapur in the presence of Sh. Sanjeev Kakkar, Chief General Manager (Retail Sales), Uttar Pradesh State Office -II, Sh. Prabhat Verma, Divisional Retail Head, Dehradun Divisional Office & SLC, Uttrakhand and Other Senior Officers of the Corporation. The outlet is dedicated to the customers to commemorate the 75th year of Independent India. The “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav” by IndianOil embodies the vision of a self-reliant India along with the objective of providing the best services to the customers.
Speaking on the occasion, Sh. Rajkumar Dube said, “It is a great honour for IndianOil that the first retail outlet is unveiled under Amrit Mahotsav belongs to IndianOil which is the country’s largest fuel supplier. With all kinds of fuel offerings i.e. Petrol, Diesel, XP95, CNG and EV charging facility along with top-class customer convenience, this elite COCO will surely become a benchmark in customer services.” He further added that rather this outlet is the first energy station of its kind where fuels in all forms of energy are available for transport vehicles.
Speaking on the occasion Sh. Sanjeev Kakkar, Chief General Manager (Retail Sales), Uttar Pradesh State Office -II said that Swagat COCO Rudrapur caters to the fueling requirement of all type of vehicles ranging from conventional fuels Petrol, Diesel, CNG driven vehicles to the modern Electric Vehicles. The customers are provided with ease of payment through various available digital payment modes. He also informed that the retail outlet is fully automated, which ensures the right quality and quantity always. The automation provides transparency and control of all facets of Retail Outlet operations for ensuring customers services, he further added.
This will be the first retail outlet in the region to have an Electric Vehicle charging facility. This is IndianOil’s flag bearer retail outlet in the region to promote solar powered, green fuels.

Other customer-oriented facilities like free air facility inclusive of nitrogen and purified free drinking water facility are available on 24X7 basis. CCTV cameras are installed across the premises which increase safety and security through round the clock surveillance. The spacious toilet blocks of high standards are built for men, women and differently abled persons are also provided at the outlet. Dormitory along with secure parking space for truck drivers is provided free of cost. Commuters can park their vehicle and avail customer conveniences. A Khadi India store is also operational at the outlet and in future such facilities will be enhanced further.
