One Day Workshop On “Emerging Trends In HR” By NIPM (Vizag Chapter) & RINL

More than 70 delegates from Public and Private sectors including RINL, HPCL, NTPC, Indian Railways etc. participated

A one-day workshop on “Emerging trends in Human Resources (HR)” was organised by National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM)-Vizag Chapter in association with RINL at Management Development Centre, Ukkunagaram.

Dr. S.C. Pandey, Director (Personnel) RINL and special invitee, National Council, NIPM, was the Chief Guest.

Addressing the delegates, Dr. SC Pandey, Director (Personnel) RINL on this occasion, said that the future of HR isn’t just about managing resources—it’s about empowering people, enabling potential, and inspiring purpose. He exhorted the participants to work together to shape this future in meaningful and impactful ways.

Dr. SC Pandey Captivated the audience by sharing the practical examples from his personnel experience gained through his illustrious career.

Prof N. Sambasiva Rao, Past Chairman, NIPM in his address emphasized on the importance of the family value system in the context of the changing scenario of the modern life style.

G Gandhi, CGM (HR) RINL in his address spoke about the importance of the role of the professional bodies like NIPM in Networking, knowledge sharing and growth of HR professionals.

Other eminent speakers Dr. Mutyala Balaji, (HR Consultant & Corporate Trainer), A Badrinath, DGM,RINL, B.Srikanth, CM (HR),HPCL, Adisesha Niak, DGM,RINL and Aditya, Sr. Mangaer (HR),NTPC took sessions on topics covering Team Building, Work Culture, Ethics and Governance and various best HR practices in their respective organizations.

More than 70 delegates participated representing various organizations of Public and private sectors viz., M/s RINL, HPCL, NTPC, Indian Railways, VPA, Laurus lab, Vasudha Pharma, SIMBIO, Teejay Apparel, Uniparts India, T.R.E.I., Visakha Container Terminal, Pharma Zel, and educational institutes like GITAM & Gayatri.

B.Seshagiri Rao, Hon’ Secretary of NIPM-Visakha Chapter in his welcome address thanked RINL management and also the management of the various organizations represented by their delegates for supporting the NIPM in conducting programs for HR professionals.
