Speaking at the announcement, Shri Shreeshail Malge, Joint Secretary, MSDE, said: “Kaushal Mahotsav, Lucknow 2025 is more than an employment fair—it is a platform where skills meet opportunity and aspirations meet industry. With 100+ companies, 7,500+ jobs and apprenticeships, and a special focus on future-ready careers, we are preparing youth not just for today’s workforce but for the economy of tomorrow.”

The event will feature:

  • Inclusive opportunities for candidates from Class 10 pass to postgraduates, with salaries ranging from ₹13,000 to ₹25,000+ per month

Uttar Pradesh has emerged as a frontrunner in the skilling ecosystem, with over 3.21 lakh youth benefitting from apprenticeships since 2018–19, including 41,940 in FY 2025–26 alone. The Mahotsav will further strengthen state priorities like One District One Product (ODOP), MSME clusters in leather, textiles, and defence, and new investments in semiconductors, aerospace, and high-tech manufacturing hubs.

Over the years, Kaushal Mahotsav has evolved into a national platform linking young talent with employers, promoting apprenticeships, and celebrating India’s skilling movement. The Lucknow edition continues this mission, aligning with the vision of Viksit Bharat @2047.
