FOPO Urges PM Modi to Constitute 4th Pay Revision Committee Ahead of 2027 CPSU Wage Revision
Federation of Oil PSU Officers, representing around 50,000 executives and non-unionized supervisors across Oil & Gas CPSUs, seeks early constitution of the 4th PRC to ensure timely implementation of revised pay scales from January 1, 2027

The Federation of Oil PSU Officers (FOPO) has written to Prime Minister Narendra Modi requesting the immediate constitution of the 4th Pay Revision Committee (PRC) for executives and non-unionized supervisors of Central Public Sector Undertakings (CPSUs). In its letter dated July 1, 2026, the federation emphasized that the current 3rd PRC recommendations will expire on December 31, 2026, and urged the government to initiate the next pay revision process well in advance to facilitate timely consultations, policy formulation, and implementation from January 1, 2027.
