Ms. Upadhyaya was at present serving as Additional Secretary, Department of Rural Welfare
Ms. Alka Upadhyaya has been appointed as the Chairperson of National Highway Authority of India (NHAI). An officer of the 1990 Batch of Madhya Pradesh Cadre, she was till now serving as Additional Secretary, Department of Rural Welfare.
